my morning ritual :
1. drinking lots of water on empty stomach
2. making a special drink including –
a) lukewarm water
b)one lemon (full)
c) one table spoon of honey
procedure: take a mug full of lukewarm water. add one full fresh lemon juice in it, then add one table spoon of honey. stir it well and drink it up!
benefits: it regulates the digestion process and gets the toxins out of our system which is both good for our body and skin. this drink also helps reduce fats from our waistline!
so, drink it daily! 🙂
p.s: you can also drink it twice or thrice times per day.
Also, do some free hand exercise each morning after waking up, which will make you feel more energized and ready for the day.
